Shipping Policy
At WanzByte, we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery for all orders.
- We currently ship orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation. COD orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.
- The standard delivery timeline is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Customers will receive email/SMS notifications containing tracking details once the order is shipped. Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided.
- All shipments are handled by reputed third-party courier services. While we strive to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen events, courier delays, or force majeure. WanzByte shall not be held liable for such delays.
- Delivery will be attempted at the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery.
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes, in addition to prepaid payment options. Refusal to accept COD delivery without valid reason may result in denial of future COD services.
- Any shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Currently, we do not offer free shipping thresholds.
