Refund Policy

At WanzByte, we believe in a fair and hassle-free refund process.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only processed for products that are successfully returned and approved after inspection by our quality team.

2. Refund Process

  • Once the return pickup is completed and inspected, we will initiate a full refund.

  • For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed directly to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer at the time of the return request.

  • Refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the product is found to be damaged due to customer misuse or if it is not returned in original condition.

  • WanzByte reserves the right to withhold or decline refunds in cases where the return policy has not been followed.
