1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed for products that are successfully returned and approved after inspection by our quality team.
2. Refund Process

Once the return pickup is completed and inspected, we will initiate a full refund.

For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed directly to the original payment method used at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer at the time of the return request.

Refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Important Notes

Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

Refunds will not be provided if the product is found to be damaged due to customer misuse or if it is not returned in original condition.
