At WanzByte, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return

• You may place a return request within 5 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

• Returns can only be requested through your WanzByte customer account on our website.

2. Return Process

1. Log in to your account and select the product you want to return.

2. Submit a Return Request through the orders section.

3. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.

3. Conditions

• The item must be securely packed before pickup.

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for return.

• Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) are also eligible for return, but customers will need to provide their bank account details during the refund process.

• WanzByte reserves the right to approve or decline any return request depending on the condition of the product and circumstances.
